US Domestic Shipping

How to get FREE Shipping:

  • Place your online order of $80.00 (subtotal) or more
  • Ship to an address within the United States (including U.S. territories)
  • Likely, we ship your package with USPS
  • Your shipment should arrive within 2-6 business days from your order

Back-ordered items

All in-stock products generally ship within 24 hours of the order being placed. When available, the back-ordered item(s) will ship, free of charge to the customer. Domestic back-ordered items are usually shipped within 3-7 business days.

Additional US Domestic Shipping Details

  • Orders to PO. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO are sent via USPS only.
  • We will notify you of any complications with your credit card.
  • Oradix Inc. follows all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase, and shipment of any product or product ingredient.

International Shipping

Most international orders are shipped via USPS and take approximately 7-14 days for delivery.

  4. Your shipment should arrive within 2-6 business days from your order

Local duties, insurance costs, or value-added taxes, if assessed, are the responsibility of the package recipient, who will be billed by the local Customs office.
We will notify you of any complications with your credit card.
Oradix Inc. follows all national and international regulations regarding the sale, purchase, and shipment of any product or product ingredient.
Please note that refunds will not be issued for any order that is refused or abandoned by the intended recipient, orders that can’t be delivered due to an address error, or orders seized by Customs. Refunds will not be issued for any order that is delivered, proven by the tracking delivery information of the local carrier, however, misplaced or stolen locally after delivery.

Back-ordered items

Any back-order item will delay your international delivery unless you contact Oradix Inc. via info@oradix.com. Your order will be automatically shipped when all the products are available.

Which countries/regions do you ship to?

We currently ship to all countries. However, shipping carriers might refuse to deliver packages to certain countries due to war or social upheaval. Oradix inc. is not able to take responsibility for packages lost in war, societal breakdown, natural disaster or local disruption of delivery due to strikes or other major events.

You may return any item purchased from Oradix.com for any reason within sixty (60) days of purchase. The product ship date is the date of purchase. Refunds for unopened items, that could be sold again, will be issued via your original form of payment with one exception. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable (there is a shipping charge even if the shipping is free to our customers). Once your return has been received, we will issue a refund within 30 days. Opened and/or partially used products are non-refundable.

Oradix Inc. reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject any return that does not comply with these requirements.

Make a Return By Mail:

Send your purchase and receipt to our Returns Department. For returns via mail, you must carefully package the product, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and we must physically receive the return within the 60-day period.
We initiate the return by sending you an email with our address. Contact us if you plan to return something.
