Directions:
Shake well. The suggested dose is (4) sprays in the morning and (4) sprays before bed; for a total of (8) sprays a day. Product should be taken on an empty stomach and held for 1-2 minutes (swallow your saliva before you spray). For best results, do not consume anything within 30 minutes of taking. (8 sprays = 1ml).
